To keep costs low for my clients, I work only on a project to project or monthly retainer basis, developed with your agreement of what you need. I do not have pre-set hourly or daily rates. If you want me to teach you or your staff about a particular area of social media, I can prepare a customized course for your unique needs.

Social media is different from any other advertising. It’s not advertising. It can be used for advertising, but really it’s a relationship tool. Clients who select me do so because I recognize every client is unique and has varying needs, every time they come to me.

I’ve found I can produce the best results with clients who’s business I know intimately… that business knowledge, and the ability to anticipate your needs, identify influencers and opportunities, is developed with a lot of hours logged into your communities.

For new clients, to develop that understanding and intimacy at the start, I’ll ask you to answer the following questions to understand your business needs and expectations. Please consider the following requirements you’ll have:

  • Event – What is upcoming in your business that motivated you to consider using social media?
  • Key objective – are you looking for audience, leads or sales?
  • Key dates – of launches, sales, fund-raiser, etc. List each element you’ll want this campaign to support.
  • Past & current owned social media – blog website, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Foursquare?
  • Past & current paid advertising?
  • Past & current earned publicity?
  • Creative – images, artwork, design – do you have a professional designer or are you planning to hire one?

I have an internet marketing plan created for my business by an expert marketing consultant, and it is a great plan I invested a lot of money in at least a year ago.

1 hour meeting: $100 (refunded from 1st services package)

In my business, I feel strongly my ideas are worth very little until someone does something to put them to action, so all I charge for is my time, and I don’t hold back my best ideas – EVER!

Give me the run-down of your situation with all relevant details in 30 minutes or less and with the remaining time I’ll give you my actionable directions, guidance and Rolodex contacts who might be interested in participating in your project. If I think of any great ideas after our meeting, of course, I’ll send them too!
